What is the status of my order?
Due to increased demand over the winter holiday period, orders may require additional processing time. If you placed an order between December 17 - January 5th you can expect delivery within 4-8 weeks of your order date. Delivery for more recent orders can be expected within 2-4 weeks of the order date.

Can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is successfully received by our team. FedEx tracking information will later be sent, again by email, as soon as the shipment is released.

I placed an order. Can I add or remove items in my order?
We are unable to edit items in existing orders but would encourage you to place a second order for any additional items that interest you.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed. If you encounter a technical issue that results in a duplicate order, though, please do reach out to us.
